3) Ticketmaster Retail Locations - Tickets may be purchased at select Publix locations in the Charleston area. Tickets may also be purchased at other Ticketmaster retail locations in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. Cash or major credit card accepted.

Reserved Seating
$75 Advance / $100 Day Of - Box Level (Sections 102, 103, 104, 116, 117 & 118)

Reserved tickets guarantee Reserved seating at the Stadium Court (Main Stage) only. The other three stages will be entirely General Admission - standing room only, with limited seating areas. The following acts are currently scheduled to play the Stadium Court (subject to change): The Lee Boys, Dottie Peoples, Son Volt, Branford Marsalis and Kool & the Gang.
General Admission
$35 Advance / $50 Day Of
General Admission tickets will provide access to all four stages, but do not guarantee access to the Stadium Court (Main Stage) floor during the last two sets (Branford Marsalis and Kool & The Gang).
During these sets, General Admission tickets will provide access (on a first-come, first-serve basis) to the non-Reserved seating areas (Sections 201, 202, 203, 210, 211, 212 and all 300-level Sections) of the Stadium Court. Click here for a Seating Chart of the Stadium Court Stage.
During the first three sets (The Lee Boys, Dottie Peoples and Son Volt), General Admission tickets will provide access to the Stadium Court floor as well as the aforementioned non-Reserved seating areas.
** If you purchased a $35 General Admission ticket prior to August 3rd, you will have the option to receive a General Admission Floor ticket (see below) at no additional cost.
General Admission Floor
$45 Advance / $60 Day Of
General Admission Floor tickets will provide access to all four stages, and guarantee access to the Stadium Court (Main Stage) floor throughout the day for all sets.
During the last two sets (Branford Marsalis and Kool & The Gang), Stadium Court floor access will be restricted to General Admission Floor tickets.
These ticket holders will be required to obtain a floor access wrist band, which will be available from a booth next to the main steps of the Stadium Court.
Kids General Admission
$5 Advance / $10 Day Of
Kids tickets can be used for ages 6 to 12. An attempt by anyone over 12 to use a Kids ticket to gain entry to the Festival may result in the ticket being voided without refund. Kids under age 6 admitted free, when accompanied by an adult with a ticket.

OTHER TICKET INFO
1) Capacity of the Family Circle Tennis Center is limited. Tickets may sell out. Purchase your tickets early.
2) All ticket sales are final, no refunds will be available. The Festival will take place rain or shine.
